Glen Clarke
Team Principal
Glen is a professional engineer with a background in performance verification and business management. Since 2005, Glen has owned and operated an engineering company providing technical and management services to private and public sector clients. Glen is the founder of RS Designs, Sphenic Technologies, Open Road Motorsports and Team Red Green. Glen provides Team Red Green with logistics, business direction and race strategy.

Alex Brosseau
Sales and Marketing
Alex is an experienced sales consultant focused on technology and engineering services.
He has a race competition background and is an accomplished driving instructor and coach.
Alex’s primary role with Team Red Green is to recruit driving talent and deliver driving experiences.

Ethan Hurley
Chief Mechanic
Ethan is a trained mechanic who has been working full time in the racing industry since 2020. Ethan’s skills include metal fabrication, vehicle electronics, maintenance and vehicle set up. Ethan’s contributions have been key to Team Red Green’s reliability, consistency, race wins and multiple championships.
Ethan’s primary role is to manage vehicle configuration, maintenance and deliver technical services leading to on track success.

Owen Clarke
Lead Driver
Owen is the team’s lead driver and has delivered multiple pole positions, podiums, race wins and championships. He is adept at vehicle development and plays an important role in establishing race winning set ups.
He also brings metal fabrication, vehicle assembly and maintenance skills to the team.
Owen is a certified driving instructor, and his primary role is to lead Team Red Green’s Arrive and Drive development program by coaching and mentoring Bronze and Silver drivers.

McKenzie Dorn
Data Engineer
McKenzie is a test and measurement engineer focused performance verification. McKenzie manages the vehicle data systems and collects/analyzes vehicle performance data to monitor vehicle health, identify performance improvement and help drivers improve their results.
